Lunch date with a shelter dog? Yes, please.

Pick up a pup from DACC for a lunch date, a coffee run, or some time explogin indoors or out. You’ll be helping them, decompress, socialize, and maybe even meet their future family. It’s not forever - just an hour or two - but it could change their life.

Pick up any adoptable dog at 1431 East Ferry St in Detroit between 12:00pm and 3:00pm, have a great afternoon, and return them by 5:30pm. You’ll get a tote bag with treats, toys, and ideas of where to take them. Your doggy date will be dressed in a collar, leash, and harness, and ready for their outing.

Must be 18+ years old, but this is a great activity to do with kids.
