Empty the Shelters: July 5–19 at Detroit Animal Care and Control
Fireworks are flashy, but a dog’s love lasts forever. From July 5–19, adoption fees at Detroit Animal Care and Control are completely covered, thanks to the BISSELL Pet Foundation’s Empty the Shelters event.
That means it’s the perfect time to meet your match, take home your new best friend, and save your money for the 3 T’s: Toys, Treats, and Training. Detroit dogs are sweet, smart, goofy, loyal, wiggly, snuggly—and so ready for forever homes.
All adoptable dogs are:
Spayed or neutered
Up to date on vaccines
Full of love and personality
Sent home with a goody bag of treats, toys, food, and the first month of flea/tick and heartworm prevention
Sporting a new collar, leash, and harness
More than 50 wonderful dogs are ready to move out of the shelter and into loving homes. Come find your new best friend.
