Join Friends of Detroit Animal Care and Control on Friday, May 31, 2025, from 10 AM to 2 PM at Cork & Gabel (2415 Michigan Ave, Detroit) for the first stop of our Canines in Corktown series!

We’re bringing some of our amazing, adoptable dogs out on the town for a morning of brunch vibes and puppy snuggles—just look for the wagging tails and smiling faces! 🐶💚 While this is not an adoption event, it's the perfect chance to meet some of our shelter stars and learn how to get involved as a foster, adopter, or volunteer.

Please leave your personal pets at home and come ready to fall in love. We’ll see you there—and don’t forget to stay tuned for our next stops around the city!
