Team FoDACC’s Progress & New Incentives
We’re excited to share a mid-campaign update on Team FoDACC’s portion of the Michigan Animal Welfare Foundation’s Bowl 4 Animal Rescue (B4AR) 2025 Pledge Drive! So far, our dedicated Friends of DACC crew has raised $3,148 toward our $25,000 goal, and thanks to you, we’ve just unlocked a fresh slate of prizes for top fundraisers.

New Incentives at a Glance
Weekly
Each week during the pledge until August 9th, the person who raises the most money will win a $25 gift card.
By August 31
New this year, we have additional incentives for our fundraisers! Fundraisers who hit these thresholds by August 31will be entered to win one of these amazing prizes!
$250 Observe Blue Star Dog Training
$400 Private Dog Training Sessions
$550 Red Wings Game Tickets
$700 Handcrafted Adirondack Chairs
By August 9th
Multiple prizes will be available for fundraiser at the bowling and fundraising event on August 9th.
The top 5 pledge earners will win customized regulation bowling ball, bowling pin, and a new bowling ball with lesson
Fundraisers who earn $100 will receive a B4AR T-shirt
Fundraisers who earn $300 will earn a spot as a Very Important Bowler (VIB) , including exclusive perks and recognition at the event.
The highest earning pledge team will will earcn an exclusive prize package, including a Country Lanes Bowling Party and bragging rights!

Paw-Safe Walk Path
In the summer heat, blacktop can burn paws. Your gift will fund a painted, textured path that keeps both dogs and volunteers safe as they head to grassy play areas.New Play Yards
With only two yards currently, our enrichment opportunities are limited. Adding just 2–4 new yards will double the time dogs spend outdoors for play, exercise, and socialization.Fundraising Goal: $25,000
This target covers materials, labor, and installation for the walk path and up to four new play yards—transforming daily life for every dog at DACC.
